To call yourself ‘plus size‘ is just a euphemism for being fat. Life is much easier when you‘re thinner. Big is not beautiful, of course a job comes down to how you look.

I come from a family that loves to eat, not exercise. Being fat made even walking hard.

What’s worse? Being strung out or being fat?

When I was thin, I had no notion of what being fat is like. When I worked in a department store, I had sold clothes to women of most sizes, so I should have known; but perhaps you have to experience the state from the inside, to understand what fat is like.

I was just sick of being fat, you know? You get sick of it. It just really, it’s a tiring lifestyle to have.

The awful thing about being fat is you can’t get away from it. Everywhere you go, there it is; all round you; hanging and swinging, yards and yards of it, under your arms, everywhere. And everyone else is so thin.

There are plenty of wonderful, good fat people in the USA that have no problems being fat, who I have no problems with being fat.

Is ‘fat’ really the worst thing a human being can be? Is ‘fat’ worse than ‘vindictive‘, ‘jealous‘, ‘shallow‘, ‘vain‘, ‘boring‘ or ‘cruel‘? Not to me.

Worry makes people thin, except when they worry about being fat.

It sucks being fat, you know.

I hate women who complain about being fat when they’re like a size 5. Anything under size 5 isn’t a woman. It’s a boy with breasts.

I took more hell for being fat than I did for being an absolute raging drug addict. I will never understand that.

Being fat worked, and I think that was what was confusing for me for a long time in my career.

I didn’t get excited by weight loss, and since I was already happy being fat, I couldn’t see the point of it all. I’m 6 ft. and weigh about 18 st. or 19 st., but weighing myself is not something I do with much pleasure.

Almost everything I do is related to being fat.
