Donate time, food, or money to organizations that fight the good fight. We can act individually for the collective good. We can all do something.

I cannot accept the definition of collective good as articulated by a privileged minority in society, especially when that minority is in power.

Team members have to be focused on the collective good of the team. Too often, they focus their attention on their department, their budget, their career aspirations, their egos.

Effective leaders are willing to use power and authority, but they’re doing it in the service of the collective good, as opposed to self-aggrandizement.
