Every time I look into the mirror, I want to see a man whose mother, sister, wife and daughter are proud to call their own.

It’s not hard to draw from within yourself to play someone protective of her daughter. I have animals and I’m a daughter, sister, wife, aunt and friend, and I can be fiercely protective.

If Husain (as) had fought to quench his worldly desires…then I do not understand why his sister, wife, and children accompanied him. It stands to reason therefore, that he sacrificed purely for Islam.
